Like a fool I dropped my phone in the canal…. My refurbished iPhone 13 Pro from Grade Mobile arrived two days later (order 318898), so minimum time without this essential item. I was a bit nervous about buying a refurbished phone, especially when it is not a particularly recent generation, but that’s all my budget stretched to. I needn’t have worried. It was advertised as being in excellent condition but is really like new. It has 96% battery health, and fully charged only seems to go down about 20% after I’ve been using it all day - where my old phone (just one generation older) barely lasted half a day. And they even gave me a spare case and put on a screen protector perfectly (better than I have ever done - it is always slightly crooked when I do it). I rarely write reviews unless they are very good or very bad. In this case, very very good.

After spending days looking at various refurbished iPhone sellers, I came across Grade Mobile. Looking carefully through their website I felt assured enough to buy my iPhone 13 mini from them. This was @11:30pm. Payment online was easy and I got confirmation straight away. My new iPhone arrived less than 24 hrs later - on a Saturday through tracked Royal Mail. The iPhone came beautifully packaged and is, as promise, in excellent condition. I have just scanned the QR code to register for the 12 months warranty. No - all our phones are SIM-Free and Unlocked for you to use with any network provider. However, we are able to provide one of our own SIM cards with your device. Just let us know, or select the option if available at checkout, you can choose your sim package at a later date.
You can cancel anytime within 30 days of the day you receive the product by written notice. If the device is brand new, it must be unopened when you return the device back to us, otherwise you may be subject to fees; best to check your contract or give us a call so we can go through your options with you. When you return the device you must ensure all pass codes and accounts such as iCloud and Google are removed before shipping the device back to us.
You will not be able to 'buy' the device, but your contract is a minimum term, meaning you can continue to pay your monthly subscription and retain the device. Alternatively you can return the device and take out another model, as if you were upgrading.
Naturally we have an obligation to make sure we can offer you a lease agreement. So we perform a credit search to check you meet our affordability and security requirements so we can offer you fair and affordable contract. We do not perform credit checks for SIM-Only agreements.
Yes - You can upgrade at the end of your contract without any additional cost. We will send you your chosen upgrade a few days before the end of the contract, so you have time to transfer your data across before returning the old device back to us within 7 days of the contract end date.
